Abstract

Healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) in medical organizations of the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug-Ugra have undergone signifi cant changes in the structure and level of incidentality in the period 2020–2021, which was due to the pandemium of COVID-19. Despite the increase in the number of registered cases of HAIs in recent years, taking into account the main nosological forms remained without signifi cant changes. Over the years, problems with the quality of disinfection in medical organizations and the registration of the HAIs are necessary for the adjustment of preventive measures
