The quercetin and zinc complex was prepared by quercetin and zinc chloride which was reacted with each other under certain conditions, then it was joined in the Fe3O4 nanometer ethanol in 30°C and reacted 24h, the paramagnetic quercetin-Zn metal complexes can be obtained. At last the antioxidant activity of quercetin-zinc complexes modified by nano Fe3O4 was determinated by the scavenging of the stable radical DPPH. The complex of quercetin and zinc modified by nano Fe3O4 was studied by UV, IR spectrophotometry and magnetometer. It was formed quercetin-zinc complex in A and C ring of quercetin, the quercetin hydroxyl and nano Fe3O4 was combined with chitosan, the complex of quercetin and zinc modified by nano Fe3O4 is measured by magnetometer, the complex have magnetic strength. It was formed cladding by nano Fe3O4 and quercetin-Zn metal complexes.
