Postoperative hemodynamic gradients (peak and mean) calculated by transthoracic echocardiography before dischargesurrogate

The Trifecta bioprosthesis demonstrates excellent early hemodynamic performance with low postoperative gradients and good short-term survival, though it may be associated with an increased need for supraannular aortoplasty.
