Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation of Coexistent Atrioventricular Reciprocating Tachycardia and Left Ventricular Tachycardia Originating in the Left Anterior Fascicle

1 patient (38-year-old male) with no structural heart disease and a long history of palpitations, presenting with coexistent atrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia (AVRT) and idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia (ILVT) originating in the left anterior fascicle.

Radiofrequency catheter ablation of the concealed left atrioventricular pathway, followed 10 months later by radiofrequency ablation of the left ventricular tachycardia guided by a local Purkinje potential.

Successful ablation of both tachycardias without clinical recurrence
