This version adds a new subsection (Section 7.6: Neutron Electric Dipole Moment) that derives a falsifiable prediction for the neutron electric dipole moment (nEDM) within the SU(2)_6 framework. The QCD vacuum angle θ_QCD is shown to vanish as a topological consequence of three independent results from the QBN series: the isomorphism between the colour braid group B_3 and the centre Z_3 of SU(3)_c (Paper XI), the global SO(3) symmetry of the deficit functional (Paper 15A), and the holographic self-duality of the SU(2)_6 phase (Paper XVII). With θ_QCD = 0, the strong CP problem is resolved without fine-tuning. The only contribution to the nEDM arises from the weak CP-violating phase δ_CP = 2π/3 (Theorem 4 of this paper) via electroweak loop diagrams, yielding |d_n| ~ 10⁻³² e·cm. This is six orders of magnitude below current experimental bounds. A future detection of |d_n| > 10⁻³⁰ e·cm would exclude the SU(2)_6 framework. All other sections remain unchanged.
