Withdrawn. The two-ħ construction produces a composition-dependent coupling excluded by the MICROSCOPE equivalence-principle bound. The surviving element — ħ as a per-sector Gromov capacity — is retained in the author's quantum-mechanics-as-dimensional-projection work (Zenodo 10.5281/zenodo.19556016).
