To improve the quality of teaching and learning, a customer-focused, outcome-oriented process is needed to impart content knowledge and to provide a learning process that develops specific skills in communication, problem solving, decisionmaking, and valuing. This manuscript presents a framework developed by management faculty to provide students with the skills needed for their continuing development in the changing work place. Total quality management concepts are used to fill the gap between students' achievements and employers' expectations by integrating and coordinating the teaching and learning of knowledge and skills across the curriculum and through co-curricular functions.
