Intervention
Surgical repair of the left ventricular postero-inferior pseudoaneurysm using purse string suturing to reduce left ventricular volume and closure of the hole with a Dacron patch under cardiopulmonary bypass.

Surgical repair of a giant postero-inferior left ventricular pseudoaneurysm using a Dacron patch can be successfully performed, leading to significant clinical and echocardiographic improvement even in elderly patients.
