This randomized trial demonstrates the regimentation of strong universal claims, implying significant implications for semantic fidelity.
This publication is the seventh study in the formal Evoluist research programme. It continues the status-diagonal analysis developed in The Evoluist Theorem: Formal Core (I), the distributed and indexed coordination framework developed in Indexed Evaluative Architectures and Terminal Coordination (II), the conditional global architecture developed in The Strong Evoluist Structural Alternative (III), the audit-domain completeness result established in The Semantic Obligations of Strong Universal Claims: An Evoluist Theorem of Audit-Domain Completeness (IV), the five-checkpoint completeness result established in The Structural Audit of Strong Universal Claims: An Evoluist Theorem of Five-Checkpoint Completeness (V), and the source-to-target representation theorem established in Faithful Representation of Finitely and Generatively Specified Discriminative Theories: An Evoluist Theorem of Structural Fidelity (VI). The article develops a source-first formal theory of the regimentation of genuine strong universal claims. Its purpose is to close the claim-regimentation gap between independently specified source claims faithfully represented under Article VI and the exact Article III class of regimented strong universal-sufficiency claims. It introduces a source claim-attribution semantics, coherent indexed readings and critical resolutions, a five-dimensional macro-basis for Genuine Strong Universality — Unrestricted Meaningful Reach (UMR), Constitutive Exhaustiveness (CEX), Constitutive Authority Sufficiency (CAS), Unified Final Operative Sufficiency (UFOS), and Non-Trivial Determinative Commitment (NDC) — and a strengthened notion of Full Semantic Determinacy based on Reading-to-Class Coverage. The framework sharply separates semantic strongness, semantic determinacy, semantic regimentation eligibility, and the independent finite or generative specification required by the Article III operative-uniformity commitment. Its central results are FTT2-B and FTT2-E. FTT2-B proves that, given a ClaimCandidate satisfying Genuine Strong Universality and Full Semantic Determinacy, a faithful Article VI representation, an admissible source regimentation on a fixed reading, and a same-reading, same-regime non-nominal source specification, there exists an Article III-typed target claim token whose semantic regimentation image satisfies the complete RSUC package. FTT2-E additionally proves existence of such an admissible regimentation when independent semantic regimentation eligibility and a specification-bearing admissible source reading are supplied. Neither theorem derives RSUC from GSU and FSD alone: finite or generative specification remains an independent claim-content condition rather than a consequence of semantic strength, determinacy, representation, or successful regimentation. The theorem chain additionally establishes deletion-minimality of the five-dimensional strong-universality basis, positive indeterminacy exclusion from FSD, semantic strong-profile decomposition on one locked source reading, canonical semantic regimentation under independently stated eligibility conditions, No-Strengthening and No-Weakening by regimentation, bidirectional counterexample preservation, non-vacuous paraphrase-domain closure and output invariance, and faithful target transport. The final target bridge distinguishes potential-counterexample resources from complete defeating configurations and defeat witnesses, keeps constitutive resources, admissible variations, and resulting defeats separately typed, and transports the Article III specification commitment only through an explicit source-provenance chain. A conservative metatheoretic claim-token formation lemma joins the semantic target image to the independently source-traced specification clause while preserving the semantic projection exactly and without introducing new target-internal names, operations, selectors, closure properties, or satisfaction facts. The paper does not claim that every genuinely strong and semantically determinate theory is finitely or generatively regimentable, nor that semantic regimentation eligibility entails claim-level specification eligibility. Strong but specification-black-box claims remain outside the exact FTT2 theorem class. The results do not infer truth, bivalence, actual architectural realisation, computability, a global effective selector, unrestricted closure of the Article III claim-token sort, Article V audit completeness, the original T5 collapse antecedent, or the final source-level Strong Evoluist Structural Alternative. In particular, Article VII preserves the provenance-quotient versus literal-token boundary inherited from Article V and the distinction between the final regimented claim token and the Article VI target claim image. Final cross-article composition, limitation-witness back-reflection, and collapse-package source grounding remain the task of Article VIII. The Zenodo record contains the Main Article and the accompanying Full Technical Supplement. The Supplement provides the complete D-VII1–D-VII97 source semantics and regimentation interface, the full T-VII1–T-VII10 / FTT2-B / FTT2-E proof architecture, Reading-to-Class determinacy proofs, regimentation-existence and fidelity proofs, typed PC/CDR target-span mediation, specification-attribution transport, the conservative joint claim-token formation lemma, target-bridge reassembly, representation-invariance and reverse anti-overclassification results, the full adversarial and countermodel corpus, hidden-antecedent and dependency audits, exact theorem-boundary registries, and the final formal handoff to Article VIII.
