Does thoracic epidural anesthesia suppress refractory VT storm in a patient with cardiac lipoma?
Does thoracic epidural anesthesia suppress refractory VT storm in a patient with cardiac lipoma?
Thoracic epidural anesthesia may be an effective treatment option for suppressing VT storm that is refractory to conventional antiarrhythmic drugs and catheter ablation.
May offer rescue option for refractory VT storm; leaves open need for controlled trials before broader adoption.
