Systems architecture analysis demonstrates Governed Semantic Triangulation in AI systems, highlighting verifiable claim boundaries and explicit custodial governance.
Governed Semantic Triangulation is a protocol-level governance primitive for controlling the movement from computation and admitted evidence to bounded AI claims. Implemented within TUS OS, it fixes the active question, evidence frame, Domain Profile, semantic permissions and claim boundaries before target-run inspection. CAST fixes the anchor state, after which a deterministic maximin-Hamming rule derives two companion starts and constructs the canonical Triad. The domain-neutral kernel then computes the local geometry across those separated starts and preserves the realised structure in canonical GUIDANCE and LANDING receipts, while set-level artefacts preserve the wider Triad structure. The pre-authorised Domain Binding is applied only after those surfaces have been emitted. The architecture keeps native structure, operational access, semantic interpretation, evidence authority, source custody and claim permission as distinct governed objects. Pair-level domain findings and authoritative set-level structure remain non-substitutable source lanes, while synthesis determines what may carry into the final answer. Claim custody operates in both directions: unsupported strengthening is blocked, while material findings, qualifications, ambiguities, role differences and stop reasons that the completed chain requires must remain preserved. The accompanying mathematical programme establishes an independently constituted 64-state native system with complete deterministic predictive identity and exact operational representations whose minimum resources depend on the precommitted access contract. The common static Atlas has exact minimum Hilbert dimension four, while recovery-complete selected-line LANDING instrument access and GUIDANCE selected-line readout each require exact minimum dimension 64, without changing the native system. Governed Semantic Triangulation therefore provides a typed dependency architecture for producing claims whose computational witness, permitted meaning, evidential authority, synthesis path and final claim boundary remain explicit and inspectable.
