Prospective modeling demonstrates a conditional layered pullback-rebound execution framework in leveraged semiconductor shares, suggesting disciplined intraday risk mitigation over uncontrolled...
This prospective technical note freezes a conditional intraday rebound-trading plan for the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares (SOXL) on August 13, 2026. Following SOXL’s advance from the $139.79 pre-market low to an intraday high of $154.13, FHAT Technical Note #007C preregistered the possibility of a rapid Rise → Oscillation → Decay transition within the $150.00–$154.60 Risk-Amplification Corridor. TN #007D converts that risk map into a conditional pullback-rebound execution plan. The selected August 7, 2026 analog declined approximately 9.9%, from $146.087 to $131.56, before rebounding approximately 6.8% to $140.56. Because the present decline is not required to reproduce the full August 7 drawdown, this note defines a layered conditional entry field rather than a single entry point: • E1 Upper Entry Layer: $141.80–$142.20, centered on the 5-minute MA500 near $142.10• E2 Lower Entry Layer: $139.80–$140.20, aligned with Pivot S1 at $140.14, the $139.79 pre-market low, and the origin of the August 13 expansion Applying the 6.8% analog rebound produces two conditional stretch references: $142.10 × 1.068 = $151.76$140.20 × 1.068 = $149.73 These levels are analog projections—not guaranteed returns or mandatory exit prices. The plan establishes staged realization zones, activation evidence, order-cancellation rules, position-sizing discipline, and structural invalidation criteria. A limit fill establishes exposure, not proof of a bottom. The two entry layers are alternatives or components of a predefined split-position plan; loss of the upper layer does not automatically authorize additional exposure at the lower layer. A decisive break below $139.79 followed by a failed reclaim invalidates the immediate rebound setup. The intended trade identity is short-horizon rebound capture, ordinarily intraday. It must not silently convert into indefinite holding or an uncontrolled averaging-down campaign. This document is a prospective, time-stamped research record.
