PARP inhibitor DPQ (3, 4-dihydro-5-[4-(1-piperidinyl)butoxy]-1(2H)-isoquinolinone) injected i.p. 30 min after the onset of MCA occlusion at doses of 10, 20, 40, and 80 mg/kg
