Considering the relatively high prevalence of asthma occurring in families, familial aspirin-induced asthma appears to be rare, there being only one other case report in the literature (1). Samter and Beers (2) found no examples of familial aspirin disease in their groups of more than 1000 patients.In a group of 34 patients with this syndrome in Liverpool, the triad has been found in two members of...References1.
