Greenfield (1) and Brain, Daniel, and Greenfield (2) have called attention to the cerebellar degeneration observed with carcinoma of organs under endocrine control, for example, ovary, breast, and uterus. More recently, many cases of peripheral neuropathy associated with carcinoma of the lung have been reported by various authors (3-7). Victor, Banker, and Adams (8) and others (9-11) have cited cases of neuropathy in multiple myeloma without invasion of the peripheral nerves by myelomatous tissue.Approximately...References1.
