The magnetic behavior of (Ti1−xVx)2O3 was studied in detail around the spin freezing temperature Tg. The magnetization m of spin glass is expanded around Tg as a function of the magnetic field, h = hocos ωt, as m = χoh+χ2h3+χ4h5+⋅⋅⋅ . First, ω and ho dependences of ‖χ2‖ are studied as well as χo. ‖χ2‖ seems to become singular at Tg as ω and ho are decreased. Second, the imaginary part of χo (Imχo) increases very steeply from above about 10% of Tg and Tg is the inflection point of Imχo. d(Imχo)/dT behaves like a divergence as T approaches to Tg. This behavior shows the slowing down phenomenon of the (longitudinal) relaxation time.
