To prepare fully printed copper-indium-diselenide solar-cell-absorbers it is necessary to have well defined and printable precursor-inks. In this work, the synthesis and different approaches for the colloidal stabilization of Selenium (Se) nanoparticles are presented, which should ultimately serve as a selenium source for CISe absorbers. The produced particles were stabilized with different concentrations of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and micelles (TX100) respectively. The resulting suspensions were analyzed in aspect of particle size and colloidal stability using dynamic light scattering (DLS).
