Theoretical analysis reveals structural parallels between immunological mechanisms and relational frameworks, suggesting new models for memory, protection, and systemic continuity.
This Working Note proposes a structural — not biological — mapping between immunological processes (antigen presentation, germinal-centre selection, immune memory, tolerance, and cancer immunoediting) and concepts developed within Maura Theory, an independent framework concerned with observation, memory, protection, and continuity in relational systems. Interaction Field is used strictly as an analytical concept for cross-scale comparison, not as a physical or biological entity. The note examines what becomes clearer about memory, protection, tolerance, and continuity when these two domains are compared, applies the comparison to a relational protocol (Mirror Protocol) developed independently through practice, and closes with explicit limitations and open research questions rather than generalized conclusions. Structural Mapping, not Biological Identity.
