The structural audit reveals implications for identity and persistence in immunology, enhancing understanding of immune functions.
La Profilée is a universal structural law of persistence under transformation. Immunology is a proof domain: its systems are natural, bound by the law, and a deviation would falsify it rather than reveal a design flaw. Among the natural domains it holds a distinctive position, because immunology is the one science whose entire subject matter is the identity verdict. Where physics, biology, and chemistry render the persistence class as a byproduct of describing their objects, the immune system computes it as its primary function: it exists to decide what belongs to the organism and what does not. The identity architecture is not implicit here. It is the object of study. This catalogue does for immunology what the Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Cognition Programme Catalogues do for their domains. It is an audit register: where established immunology already applies an identity or persistence criterion without stating one, what follows when the criterion is made explicit, and what status each finding carries. The four-step protocol is unchanged. Present the immunology completely without the law; audit it for implicit persistence and identity structure; insert the law explicitly; catalogue the consequences by class. Relation to the Biology catalogue. The Biology Programme Catalogue treats immunological self as one facet of organism identity, in four modules under BR-3. This catalogue treats immunology as a domain in its own right, with its full programme breadth: recognition, repertoire, tolerance, memory, innate and adaptive arms, inflammation, and the holobiont. Where a finding here extends a biology module, that is noted; the biology modules are the contact points, not the coverage. The no-content rule holds. Nothing here derives an antibody, a lymphocyte, a receptor, or a signalling pathway. These are realizations, and they appear only as the reading of forced abstract structure. What is derived is the structure of the identity verdict the immune system renders, and the structural constraints on any system that must render such a verdict.
