The thermal dependence of electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of neutron irradiated GaAs shows that the ASGa quadruplet and the intensity correlated singlet display a similar deviation from the Curie law above 100 K, indicating that both former centers are likely associated in a same complex of intrinsic nature.
