Parity nonconserving (PNC) E 1 amplitudes and circular polarization of light in 1279 nm M 1-transition in 208 Pb and 876 nm M 1-transition in 209 Bi are calculated. For the calculation we use the time-dependent Hartree-Fock method as the zero approximation and then take into account the correlation corrections of the first and second order in the residual Coulomb interaction.
