Oxygen permeating property of Fe doped based perovskite oxide was investigated in this study. Fe doped exhibits high total conductivity and high oxygen permeation rate. In particular, the highest total conductivity and oxygen permeating rate were attained at At this composition, oxygen permeation rate from air to He was as high as 2.5 at 1273 K and 0.3 mm membrane thickness.
