Surgical resection and postoperative chemotherapy (VAC alternating with IE) was evaluated on Recurrence and patient outcome. Surgical resection followed by 17 cycles of VAC alternating with IE chemotherapy resulted in a satisfactory postoperative course with no recurrence in a 25-year-old female with extra skeletal Ewing's sarcoma of the small intestine.
