The neutral rhodium complexes [RhCl(NHC)(cod)] (NHC = N‐heterocyclic carbene) catalyzed the hydrosilylation/cyclization of 1,6‐enynes and HSiR3 (R3 = Et3 and PhMe2) to form 2‐methyl‐1‐silylmethylidene‐2‐cyclopentanes in high yields.
