Autoethnographic study reveals how conscious ontological decoupling transmutes parasocial attachment into creative works, suggesting an existential framework for psychological recovery.
This research dissects the transformation of affective energy within contemporary parasocial relationships through the construction of a multidimensional creative corpus. Arising from the profound psychic tension of archetypal attachment confronting the ethical and ontological boundaries of reality, the author repudiates both toxic parasocial entitlement and affective repression. Through conscious ontological decoupling, the psychic energy of Eros is transmuted into Poiesis—the sovereign generation of an autonomous universe of meaning. The research corpus comprises three self-authored symbolic modalities: the fictional novel trilogy Ftera Aspromavra, the 78-archetype consciousness mapping system The Arcana of Seven Soul, and the audio-epistolary responsorial album The Sovereign Chronicle. Employing an interpretative qualitative methodology that integrates critical autoethnography and phenomenological hermeneutics, this study analyzes how the authorial subject configures psychic wounding and isometric fatigue into poietic sovereignty and a resilient Inner Citadel. The findings offer an existential recovery model demonstrating that intense emotional attachment can be sublimated into an autonomous literary architecture that preserves subjective sanity while providing universal reflective instruments for human consciousness.
