Methodological analysis reveals executability criteria in mining operations, indicating that regulatory constraints directly invalidate flawed economic scenarios.
This paper examines whether a mining value case is executable, rather than merely internally consistent. It relates controlled technical production and metal evidence to contract terms, payable-metal logic, price and FX versions, costs, royalties and tax where applicable, licence and permit conditions, delegated authority, ERP/general-ledger close and cash-flow reconciliation. MTR-06 formalises the boundary from technical balance to commercial settlement and financial close. The Twin does not interpret law, certify accounts or replace legal, commercial or statutory approval. Its contribution is a testable decision package that invalidates a scenario supported by stale technical data, unresolved metal reconciliation, an expired right, unauthorised term or hard safety/environmental constraint instead of discounting that defect as a soft economic penalty.
