Cohort (n=2,089)
Does a lower kidney tubular secretion score predict adverse events during hypertension treatment in patients with CKD?
Hazard Ratio: 1.16 (95% CI 1.04–1.27)

R Horton (1993) conducted a cohort in Chronic Kidney Disease (n=2,089). Lower tubular secretion score was evaluated on composite of prespecified serious AEs (hypotension, syncope, bradycardia, AKI, electrolyte abnormalities, and injurious falls) (HR 1.16, 95% CI 1.04-1.27).
