The illumination of some ferroelectrics by the light of the intrinsic or extrinsic optical region results in arising of stationary photovoltaic current and correspondingly photoemf, which at several orders of magnitude exceeds the energy gap. In the present paper the temperature, lux-ampere and spectral dependences of the bulk photovoltaic effect were investigated in oxygen octahedra ferroelectrics, KDP-type crystals and SbSJ.
