Theoretical study demonstrates scale-dependent dynamics explain cosmic rotation and expansion without dark entities, indicating a self-regulating, pulsating universe.
We propose a mechanistic, scale-dependent cosmological model that challenges the standard paradigm (ΛCDM) and its reliance on unobservable entities (dark matter and dark energy). Starting from a topological axiomatic framework based on a hierarchical and coplanar macrocosmic organization (seven superuniverses orbiting a Great Absolute Center), we apply a dynamic scale law (1/r) for ultra-low acceleration regimes (a ≪ a0). At the galactic scale, we mathematically demonstrate that empirical baryonic mass is sufficient to maintain rotational cohesion (M = v^4 / (G·a0)), eliminating the need for dark matter halos. At the macrocosmic scale, the model deduces a central gravitational anchor mass of ~10^22 M☉ and a finite architecture with a radius of 495 billion light-years. Furthermore, we redefine the Big Bang and accelerated expansion as a "cosmic breathing": a macrostructural harmonic oscillation, whose kinetic rebound against the system's centrifugal barrier explains the Hubble Constant without resorting to repulsive dark energy. This theoretical framework restores the principle of parsimony, offering a unified, organic, pulsating, and self-regulating universe, strictly grounded in inertial conservation and direct observational falsifiability protocols.
