For safety coastal navigation, detailed information of atmospheric and ocean is very important and needed. In particular tidal current, wind and wave are effects to ship speed reduction, ship drift of a sailing ship. Also, the wind and waves would be changing dramatically in heavy situation such as a typhoon. In former part of this paper, the computational simulation of tidal current, wind and waves in Ise bay area was explained. The wind of sea was calculated by numerical model of WRF, the ocean wave was calculated by numerical model of SWAN and the tidal current was calculated by POM. In latter part of it, the numerical simulation of navigation in Ise bay was carried out. The effects of wind and wave and tidal current to navigation by container ship were examined numerically by the simulation.
