It is with some hesitation that I take issue with the statements in Mr. Kellogg's letter regarding my paper in the October 1965 edition of Geophysics, for if other companies in the earth survey profession choose not to accept the advantages of doppler navigation guidance, constant scale tape, and digital presentation, we will be benefitted. However, some comments are required.
