Charge transfer by radial Hall current in varying magnetic flux in Corbino geometry under QHE conditions has been investigated. Having measured the quantity of this charge we have determined conductivity σ xy at filling factors close to integer. Accuracy of quantization in plateau region proves to be unexpectedly low.
