The necessary and sufficient conditions of veritable epitaxy were considered for ferroelectric vacuum deposits. On this basis the real epitaxial films of BaTiO3, SrTiO3, free from local nonstoichiometry, were obtained and investigated by electron microprobe technique and by other methods.
