Experimental radio wave analyses in both wavenumber and space domains have been proposed on the basis of the complex phasor image concept and applied to electrooptically visualized 100 GHz electric fields, leading to the following results: (a) several hidden waves are found in a wave image and identified clearly, (b) aerially propagating waves are accurately reproduced in images, (c) wavelength-dependent beam divergences are clearly visualized, and (d) power distributions among the waves are evaluated. In addition, the potential of high-quality three-dimensional radio wave imaging has been elucidated.
