Case study demonstrates systematic integration of computational and mathematical thinking in educational game design, highlighting structured methodologies for serious games.
This repository contains the replication package associated with the study “CAROL: A Conceptual and Methodological Framework for Serious Game Development Oriented to the Integration of Computational Thinking and Mathematical Thinking. An Illustrative Case Study through MathScape”. The package includes evaluation instruments, anonymized datasets, and CAROL artefacts produced during the design and implementation of MathScape. Special emphasis is placed on the framework and methodological process proposed by CAROL, providing evidence of the relationships between educational objectives, Computational Thinking (CT), Mathematical Thinking (MT), and serious game design artefacts to facilitate replication and future research.
