This case report describes a 50-year-old woman presenting with massive cardiomegaly due to biatrial enlargement, complicated by atrial fibrillation and heart failure symptoms.
May support amiodarone in biatrial enlargement with AF; hypothesis-generating Level 5 evidence requiring prospective validation.
