Theoretical analysis demonstrates a normative constitutional hierarchy for the Relativity of Matter framework, highlighting strict methodological rules against ad hoc repairs.
Canonical Constitution of Relativity of Matter RM — Pillar IV is the constitutional and normative reference of the Relativity of Matter (RM) research programme. It defines the hierarchy of authority under which the framework must develop: Absolute Principles, Fundamental Laws, active postulates, canonical definitions, technical results, open hypotheses and explicit scientific debts. The Constitution does not replace the technical derivations of the other Pillars. Pillar I records the epistemological genesis of RM and its discipline against circular or fitted closures. Pillar II carries the detailed gravitational calculations, weak-field closure, Pure Cadence construction and nonlinear constraint audit. Pillar III provides the canonical conceptual synthesis. Pillar IV defines the rules that none of these sectors may silently violate. Version 7.0.0 introduces PA-11 — Separation of the Prerogatives of Matter and State Æ: nuclear cohesion, internal structure, internal energy, charges and matter-specific transitions belong to matter mm, while State Æ transmits, relates, carries gradients, modulates physical cadence and manifests external relational imprints. An interface with State Æ may condition a transition without replacing the proper interaction of matter. The edition also constitutionally receives the Pure Cadence Principle, under which the cadence field N is treated as a universal converter of local physical cadence relative to universal time T, rather than as an autonomous local energy reservoir. The two-local-mode gravitational count obtained in Pillar II is explicitly retained as a conditional technical result, not elevated to a constitutional postulate. A central methodological rule of Pillar IV is the discipline of non-repair: a branch that fails an internal derivation, dimensional audit, constraint analysis or observational test may not be rescued after the fact by introducing a fitted coefficient or an ad hoc constitutive term. Failed or superseded branches may remain in the historical record, but they cannot become active again without an explicit amendment and a new derivation. The Constitution therefore maintains a public register of live scientific debts, including the ontology-versus-label redundancy question, microscopic matter closure, strong-field saturation, finite-wall junction, OCH-1, the regular spherical solution and the independent cosmological derivation of H(T). Version 7.0.0 is the first RM Pillar IV edition aligned with the published Pillars I–III. It incorporates the separation of physical roles, the non-repair discipline, the current conditional status of the nonlinear gravitational constraint analysis, the double-scale Black-Core architecture and an explicit maintenance rule for all future RM publications. Version 7.0.0 — Canonical Constitutional Edition.
