The sum over piezoelectric polaron states is calculated at weak and strong magnetic fields. Feynman's path integral variational method is used to calculate the thermodynamic functions, i.e. energy, magnetic susceptibility, and specific heat. Cyclotron resonance of piezoelectric polarons is considered and a comparison of theoretical and experimental results is given.
