Theoretical analysis reveals how biological quantum processing accelerates planetary entropy production, indicating life operates as an evolutionary convergence optimized for thermodynamic laws.
This short paper extends the biological quantum processing unit (Bio-QPU) framework into a cosmological and thermodynamic domain, formulating how biological quantum coherence and flora-fauna reciprocal cycles reconcile with the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Integrating the Maximum Entropy Production Principle (MEP) from non-equilibrium thermodynamics, living systems are framed not merely as local sustainers of low entropy, but as physical dissipative structures accelerating global planetary entropy production toward theoretical limits. We show that the dual architecture of ultra-low-loss local quantum information processing combined with rapid, high-entropy thermal dissipation into the surrounding environment represents an evolutionary convergence optimized for the fundamental physical laws governing our universe.
