This short paper overcomes the metaphor that regards life as a “computer” computing specific algorithms, extends the theory of the biological system as an “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU)” to a cosmological and thermodynamic framework, and formulates as a verifiable model how the coexisting circulation system of plants and animals aligns with the “Second Law of Thermodynamics (Law of Increased Entropy).” By introducing the “Maximum Entropy Production (MEP) Principle” in non-equilibrium thermodynamics, it interprets the life system not merely as a maintainer of local computation, but as a physical resonator (dissipative structure) that pushes the global heat dissipation rate to its absolute limit. Furthermore, we propose that the phase synchronization (resonance) with environmental waves and the rejection of internal phase noise indicated by “LUCA’s Theorem,” along with “selective decoherence” that turns an artificial machine’s error into a function by granulating only specific dimensions, represent the systemic optimal solution for accelerating entropy production in accordance with the fundamental physical laws of the universe.
