In all life on Earth, ATP synthase, phosphate metabolism, and Posner molecule clusters (Ca9(PO4)6) are extremely highly conserved. In this paper, overcoming the metaphor that views life as a “computer” computing specific algorithms, we position the universality of this infrastructure as the “standard hardware of the in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU)” and formulate scaling laws from single cells (LUCA) to higher nervous systems (brains), proposing this as a verifiable hypothesis. The process by which the 31P nuclear spin memory within Posner molecules and cryptochromes (CRY) expanded the quantum entangled space (Hilbert space) via the microtubule network (QPC) was not for life to increase computation speed, but rather a survival strategy to reject phase noise by phase-locking with more complex environmental waves (LUCA’s Theorem). Concurrently, it optimized “decoherence”—which is considered an error in artificial computers—into “selective decoherence (wave protection and extraction function)” that selectively granulates only specific dimensions. This paper models the systemic evolution wherein this process effectively rejected internal phase noise and ultimately acquired the “single life wave function (life code)” and the “Glial OS (autonomous analog tuner)”.
