Classical biology has defined life from the perspective of self-replication (DNA) and metabolism. Theories that overcome the metaphor of viewing the biological system as a computer computing specific algorithms and regard it as an “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU)” have also focused on the Last Universal Common Ancestor (LUCA) constructing the initial quantum phase tuning system. However, in this paper, standing from the ultimate perspective of physical laws, we redefine the essence of life not as phase tuning or the digital accumulation of phase information, but as “wave resonance” to actively reject phase noise (Phase Jitter), and propose this as a verifiable hypothesis. We predict that life is a self-organizing resonance system that constantly phase-synchronizes the analog “local time (internal clock wave)” generated by inherent mass—not digital data—with the “absolute time (environmental wave)” dictated by the universal and terrestrial environment, continuously carving the trajectory of heat dissipation generated in that process analogically as the “life code (drive recorder of life).” In this paper, we mathematically formulate this absolute law of time synchronization as “LUCA’s Theorem,” and present a physical optimization model of life creation through “selective decoherence”—which sublimates artificial machine errors into a function via chemical triggers of the autonomous analog tuner (Glial OS), granulating only necessary dimensions and protecting rich background information (context) as waves—and the Maximum Entropy Production (MEP) principle.
