A universal OTA-C biquad is introduced. The design equations and sensitivity formulae for realizing general biquadratic transfer functions are given. Several typical special biquadratic filters are designed based on the biquad. The configuration consists of only six OTAs and two grounded capacitors. It is general and suitable for integration, cascading and electronic tuning.
