Upper respiratory tract infections associated with influenza (OR = 10.4) and HAdV (nasopharyngitis OR = 3.88; tonsillitis OR = 3.9; otitis media OR = 5.1), while severe disease (52.3% overall) was highest with RSV (>80%), HBoV (~55–59%), and HMPV (~55–59%), with co-infections showing no increased severity (OR = 1.1).
