Oral Cancer is the 6 th most common cancer globally, More than 90% cases are squamous cell carcinoma 1 .The incidence of OSCC in Southeast Asia and South Central Asia is reported to be more with habits like Pan chewing, tobacco chewing and diet low in fresh vegetables and fruits 2 .The common predisposing factors in developed countries are tobacco and alcohol 3 .Here we present a case report of OSCC with absence of the common predisposing factors.
