Case Report (n=1)
This case report describes a 27-year-old man with paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia provoked only by maximal exercise, who remained asymptomatic and free of structural heart disease over a 5-year follow-up.
Orinius et al. (1971) conducted a case report in Paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia without organic heart disease (n=1). Maximal exercise test was evaluated on Attacks of dizziness or syncope. A 27-year-old man with paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia provoked only by maximal exercise remained free of dizziness, syncope, and organic heart disease over a 5-year follow-up.
