81歳男性。ネックに慢性限局解離を伴う腹部大動脈瘤に対して腹部大動脈ステントグラフト内挿術を行った。メインボディが偽腔内を通過したことに気付かず，展開後対側脚が解離の隔壁にトラップされ開大しなかった。やむなく真腔に対側脚ステントグラフトを内挿してDouble-Barrel Sandwich法で展開した。合併症なく経過しているが，ステントグラフトの適応外使用であるため慎重に経過観察する方針である。
