Summary. The continuous flow AutoAnalyzer system was used to measure differences in agglutinability with anti‐A, ‐B, ‐H, ‐D, ‐c and ‐I of populations of red cells separated on the basis of density after centrifugation. Dose‐response curves using dilutions of antisera were constructed, plotting percentage of red cells agglutinated on the ordinate in probit units against the logarithm of the antiserum dilutions. In every instance, except with anti‐I, the densest and presumably oldest red cells required less serum to cause 50% agglutination.
