The Neotropical fauna of Trissolcus overwhelmingly consists of species of the flavipes group. Fifteen species are recognized: T. antaeus sp. nov., T. conversus sp. nov., T. dasys sp. nov., T. decumbens sp. nov., T. elimatus sp. nov., T. limbatus sp. nov., T. pustulans sp. nov., and T. teretis sp. nov., are described; T. bodkini (Crawford), T. leviventris (Cameron) and T. urichi Crawford are redescribed. Trissolcus brochymenae (Ashmead), T. edessae Fouts, T. euschisti (Ashmead) and T. strabus Johnson are found in both the Nearctic and Neotropical regions. The following new synonymies are proposed: T. caridei Brèthes, 1915 and T. trinidadensis Crawford, 1913 = T. urichi Crawford, 1913; T. paraguayensis (Brèthes), 1915 = T. leviventris (Cameron), 1913; T. laticeps Ashmead, 1894 = T. brochymenae (Ashmead), 1881. An identification key is provided; data on distribution and hosts are summarized. Relationships among the species of the flavipes group and with other groups of Telenominae are discussed.
