BACKGROUND: Finding prognostic markers and creating the prognostic model with aim of identifying the risk of congenital malformations allow us to provide effective preventive measures in proper time. The main aim became the evaluation of the factors that are connected with the congenital malformations in women with miscarriages in anamnesis.METHODS: Retrospective non-randomized data analyses of 665 women, which gave birth to children with congenital malformations of fetus was made. Such variables had been considered: age, region, birth, the number of pregnancies, the number of abortions, miscarriages, fetus-development anomalies, antenatal fetus death, Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase Rate (MHTR), Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), Nonconjugated Estriol (NE) and frequency of HLA-II class antigens encounter.RESULTS: The high risk of development of Congenital Malformations of Fetus can be determined by presence of different variants of HLA alleles (OR=32.19, P<0.05), DQB1 (OR=7.28, P<0.05). Similarly, unsuccessful pregnancy may be predictors (OR=9.53, P<0.05), presence of HLA antigen (OR=6.98, P<0.05), high content of Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), (OR=6.25, P<0.05), premature birth (OR=6.19, P<0.05), and also - frequency DRB1 (OR=6.06, P<0.05) and DQА1 (OR=4.44, P<0.05). Presence of abortion in anamnesis (OR=1.94, P<0.05) and polymorphism of MHTR (OR=1.74, P<0.05) are also affect the occurrence of Congenital Malformations of Fetus.CONCLUSIONS: The maximum high sensitivity and specificity are observed at the age of 28.5 (1.141) and 29.5 years (1.146), in the period of pregnancy 2.5 (1.558), 3.5 (1.488) and 1.5 weeks (1.365), performing abortion on the terms of 0.5 (1.07), 3.5 (1.009), 4.5 (1.006).
